Clock in with your crew.

A simple place to track hours, see who's around, and plan time off.

Clock in. Work together. Clock out.

Product

Everything a small crew needs to keep honest hours.

  • Record hours without fuss

One button to clock in, one to clock out, with paid or unpaid breaks in between. Forgot to stop the timer? Set the finish time later and nothing is lost.

  • See who's on the clock

The hall shows who is working, on a break, or away—in their local time. Totals stay private unless your guild decides to share them.

  • Manage time off in the open

Request or post vacation, report a sick day, and keep a shared calendar of who is away. Approvals are optional and never slow anyone down.

How it works

Three steps. No training session required.

  1. Step 1: Clock in

Start your session from the overview or the header. Your guild sees your status immediately, in their own timezone.

  2. Step 2: Work together

Take breaks, leave a short availability note, and glance at the hall to see who is around. Time off and holidays are already on the calendar.

  3. Step 3: Clock out

End your session and review your week when it finishes. Corrections are logged, so your records stay trustworthy.

Optional, cosmetic

A little adventure, if your guild wants it.

Guild can hand out private achievements and avatar frames for small setup moments—completing your profile, reviewing a finished week. It is cosmetic only. Game features are off by default, the owner turns them on for the guild, and every member chooses for themselves.

  • Never tied to hours worked, overtime, early starts, or attendance streaks.
  • XP and levels stay private. No leaderboards, no manager scoring.
  • Awards never change time records, approvals, pay, or permissions.
  • Opting out changes nothing about the app, and nobody can see that you did.

FAQ

Questions crews ask before they start.

Yes. Every person sees times in their own timezone, each guild has one reporting timezone for weeks and reports, and the team view shows each teammate's local time so you know when they are likely around.

Long-running sessions get a gentle reminder. You can set a finish time afterwards, add a missed session, or correct a start or end time. Each change is recorded with who made it and why, so the record stays trustworthy.

Members request or simply post time off, report sick days, and see who is away on a shared calendar. Your guild chooses whether leave needs approval. Public holidays can apply to everyone or only to specific people.

Not yet. A Slack integration and a Chrome extension are planned, and Guild already provides a calendar subscription feed so time off shows up in the calendar you use today.
